For your first treatment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete the required paperwork. When ready, your clinician will greet and accompany you from the waiting area to your treatment room. Once you have finished your treatment, your clinician will make recommendations for remedial/at-home care or subsequent visits which may beneficial for a healthy recovery. We will always help you to understand your personalized treatment plan and goals, expected outcome, and invite you to ask questions. We will provide you with a professional recommendation, but the decision on how to proceed is always yours.
If direct billing is your preferred method of payment, reception will be sure to set it up for you on your first visit. Should there be any condition on your direct billing plan, we will notify you during your initial visit.
Arrive at least 5 minutes early prior to subsequent treatments. Your billing will be prepared, so you can proceed with your treatment immediately and enjoy your visit.
