Meet Our Massage Therapists
All of the massage therapists at Vibrant Healing are trained to give whole body massages or target a specific area of your choosing. They have hands on experience treating a wide variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to headaches, muscle aches, trigger points, strains, sprains, tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, rotator cuff injury, discomfort from pregnancy, neck pain, foot pain, lower back pain and sciatica, as well as overall relaxation massages. Every massage is tailored to each individual client as the massage therapist will perform the treatment at varying pressures depending on the comfort and needs of that client.
Miranda Rose Watts RMT
Miranda has been a registered massage therapist since 2013 and has had lots of experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic treating various injuries. Using the vast amount of knowledge she has gained working with other healthcare professionals she is able to execute collaborative treatment plans to produce exceptional results for her clients. Through her career she has excelled at pregnancy massages, treating clients with sports or work related injuries, as well as those who suffer with anxiety and TMJ issues. She spends most of her time treating clients seeking deep tissue massage but she can accommodate her pressure to be suitable to anyones needs. Her passions include strength training and maintaining a healthy lifestyle but she loves spending most of her free time with her son.
Sherri Steele RMT, CLT
Sherri has been practicing as a registered massage therapist since 2005 and has been a part of the Vibrant Healing team since 2010. She has worked in a variety of establishments including home based businesses, spas, and multidisciplinary clinics. Sherri is also certified in Low Intensity Laser Therapy. Her specialties include treating a wide variety of acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions related to the neck, upper back and lower back which include but are not limited to headaches, gluteal muscle pain, sciatica pain, and discomfort from pregnancy. In her spare time Sherri loves being active outdoors and tapping into her creative side through her passion for photography.
Shayna Inch RMT
Shayna graduated in 2021 and is excited to join the Vibrant Healing team as a Registered Massage Therapist. She has always had a passion for helping others, with over 7 years in the healthcare industry as a Personal Support Worker, it has lead her to continue providing client-centred, compassionate care as a massage therapist. Shayna has over 350 hours of experience in a clinical setting giving her the ability to work with all types of clients to reach their treatment goals. She excels in therapeutic treatments providing deep tissue, trigger point and facial work to reduce pain and increase range of motion. Shayna also provides relaxation massages to reduce the symptoms of anxiety and everyday stress. When Shayna is not in the clinic she enjoys being outdoors, travelling and experiencing new things with family and friends.

Sofia Yevko ND
Sofia Yevko is a Naturopathic Doctor who is dedicated to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. Naturopathic doctors complete a four year post-graduate program that is intensive in health and science studies following an undergraduate degree.
Naturopathic medicine is healthcare that is individualized, holistic, preventative and attentive. The initial visit includes a comprehensive health history, as well as discussion regarding your immediate concerns and the establishment of a preliminary plan. This plan is then built upon in the first follow up and subsequent visits to ensure your needs are being met.
She is passionate about mental health, digestive health, metabolic health, and hormonal concerns while maintaining a general health practice that encompasses a variety of concerns and conditions.
Some of the modalities that are used include Acupuncture, Botanical Medicine, Homeopathy, Nutrition and Lifestyle guidance. Naturopathic doctors may also order blood work as well as other testing, and visits are usually covered through extended health insurance benefits.
Sofia values the importance of respect and listening as well as open and honest communication. She will always make sure you feel heard and understood. Meet Our Acupuncturist
Paige Stockill R.Ac
Paige is a Registered Acupuncturist who has obtained an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture and is in good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncturists of Ontario. Acupuncture has been practiced for thousands of years and involves insertion of very thin needles into specific points along the body. Paige uses a holistic approach to preventative health to restore balance within the body while integrating eastern and western medicine.
She provides a range of practical capabilities and experience treating conditions including but not limited to arthritis, fibromyalgia, hypertension, menstrual issues, mental health, digestive issues, as well as chronic and acute injuries. A patient can expect a comprehensive medical intake, assessment, Chinese Medicine diagnosis and treatment plan. She uses numerous modalities in addition to acupuncture to suit her patients needs such as cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na massage and electro-acupuncture.

Dr. Nicholas Graham BASc. Kin, D.C.
As a Doctor of Chiropractic graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC), Dr. Graham is an expert in the conservative management of musculoskeletal health with the knowledge and skills to effectively diagnose and treat biomechanical dysfunctions related to the spinal joints, upper/lower limb joints, muscles, and the nervous system. Joints can develop restrictions, these restrictions can cause tension in the muscles, irritation to nerves, decreased range of motion, and pain. Chiropractic care is effective at helping ease joint restrictions and improving all of the above. This will allow you to get back to doing what you love and functioning at your optimal health.
Dr. Graham is proficient in but not limited to the evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic; neck pain, headaches, upper back pain, lower back pain, sacroiliac joint pain, upper/lower limb pain, osteoarthritis, muscle strains / ligament sprains. He uses education, exercise prescription, manipulation (adjustments), mobilizations, soft tissue therapies, laser therapy, and custom orthotics to treat his patients. Dr. Graham emphasizes the importance of collaborative health care and differential diagnosis meaning that if he thinks you need another provider involved in your health care a referral will be made.
Dr. Graham enjoys spending time with his wife, staying active outdoors, playing guitar, and loves camping and fishing.
